Sullivans heavy duty ribbed non-roll elastic that resists rolling and twisting, making it ideal for when a more stable elastic is required. Stronger than regular non-roll elastic, it resists twisting, curling and rolling. A firmer elastic designed to maintain it's integrity during use, it does not narrow when stretched horizontally. Firmer than most other elastics, ribbed non-roll elastic is preferred when sewing waistbands and cuffs. It can be inserted into casings or sewn directly.
