This delightful printed polyester grosgrain ribbon from The Red Thread features an attractive scalloped design in colours of red, pink and orange. Patterned or plain grosgrain ribbon can be used for home, craft and sewing projects including decorations, packaging, trims, clothing hems, hair bows, lanyards, and gift wrapping. Grosgrain ribbon comes from the French term, “gros grain” which means “big grain”. It is a sturdy weave with diagonal ridges running along its surface. The construction of the fabric gives it a slightly ribbed appearance.
