WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF BUSINESS?
Our website is open 24 hours and orders are shipped daily by 2.00pm.
Our business hours are 9.00-4.00pm. We can be contacted via email, phone or text, and will respond to enquiries within 24 hours.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship within Australia only.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
While we are unable to offer pick-up at this time, customers who live in the lower Blue Mountains from Hazelbrook to Glenbrook can choose to have their orders delivered free of charge. Please see our Shipping Page for terms and conditions.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $12.00 for orders up to $150
For orders over $150 we offer Free Shipping
*Bulky or heavy items (e.g. long rolls of fabric, wadding, fleece) may incur additonal shipping charges. If this applies, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We strive to pack and ship orders within 24 hours of being received. Orders are sent via Australia Post's standard delivery service, however due to current Covid restrictions delays to regular delivery times may sometimes occur.
WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR PAYMENT?
We accept both Debit or Credit Card payment, processed though PayPal. Please note that payment details are secure and not shared with Autumn Threads.
ARE MY PERSONAL DETAILS SECURE?

All information provided will be kept strictly confidential and used only for its intended purpose, which is to process orders.
Autumn Threads will never give, sell or trade any personal information to any outside person or organisation.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?
We accept returns within 30 days if in original packaging and saleable condition. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued. Postage costs are not refundable. Please include your name and purchase details, and address your return to:
